Springtime Cookies

It is finally starting to feel like Spring in London so I couldn't resist digging out all of my pastel crockery and making a batch of Springtime cookies for afternoon tea.

With a few different piping nozzles, it's easy to make simple, pretty designs in royal icing to decorate your cookies. Below are step by step instructions to decorate two of my Springtime cookies.

Hope you have fun making Springtime cookies.
